Frame: 2011 Tarmac SL3 S-Works vs 2014 Tarmac SL4 Comp

I've found two similarly prices Specialized road bike frames with similarly low wear. I was wondering which would be the superior frame to buy to build up a bike. A 2011 S-Works Tarmac SL3 vs a 2014 Tarmac SL4 Comp. Old top of the line vs a new lower end model. I plan on using Ultegra components. Thanks for your help!
