I know the specialised 2fo flat shoes have only just been released but have read some good things and just wondered if anyone had a pair as I'm in the market for some new flat shoes.
thanks for your help.

I'm going to be needing new downhill spd's soon and quite like the look of the spd version of these. Any idea what the price is?Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

spd versions are £100 and flats are £900

These look pretty decent actually. I was tempted by Vans Gravel but can't find them anywhere, so these might be a worthy alternative as a first foray into a MTB specific shoe. 90 sheets though... that's two pairs of DCs or EtniesCurrent:

Buy the cheap ones and spend the rest on blow and hookers. But better move quickly while you still have a currency.I don't do smileys.

I don't think £45 would buy me much of either in any currency! Unless you've got any contacts? 8)Current:

Are you kidding? £45? In Swansea you could get enough blow to take your mind off the ropy quality of the two hookers. All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

I've just ordered some of the Five Ten Impact VXi's from CRC for £82
I'll let you know what they're like when they arrive
I haven't tried the 2fo shoes but I've heard they sit between Five ten and Teva for grip, perhaps nearer the freerider VXi
I currently have Teva links, while the grip is good there's not as much as I'd like an the part of the sole with the special rubber is slightly too small... although, tevas sell for about £40 now with them being discontinued0 -

Impacts (even the new ones) look like special shoes but the ones I tried on were solid and comfy.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0 -

Ride faster and no one can see them. After three years mine have finally come to the end of their useful life. I got less than a year from 5:10 freeriders.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I wasnt knocking the AMs, just making the point that with mountain bike shoes you have to ignore to looks0
