Cannondale Evo 6 internal brake cable

I need to re-route the rear cable. The entry and exit holes in stem and seat post are both very small. Does anybody know if there is an internal guide so cable will pass through easily. I have the impression that a cable outer will not actually fit through to use as a guide.

    Most likely not. One tip I've seen is tie some fishing wire on the end of your cable, hoover the other end then pull!
