Upgrading from 105 (5700) to ultegra (6800)

I've bought the new 6800 groupset to replace 105 on my 2013 Giant Defy 1 which should be here about Wednesday.

It comes with the 6800 bb which looks like it will have external threaded cups but my defy has shimano integrated bb (I assume pf86 or 92?) am I right in thinking I can just use the existing bb as obviously the new bb won't fit?

    Yep, both are standard HTII, the crankset will slide straight in there

    Cheers, that's what I figured! Might even get a fiver back on eBay for the new bb :lol:

    I think it only comes in the ultegra grey colour. it should be here tomorrow, ill let you know once its arrived :-)
