S-WORKS Tarmac SL3 Cavendish Edition
This bike started out as a Trek Madone 3.1 but over the course of two years upgraded everything bar the frame and found this lovely matt black S-Works on eBay.
The last change I made was to the bars/stem getting a one-piece. Running a shorter stem and a lower drop on the bars has meant I’m riding on the drops so much more and loving it.

Thanks - I was almost a little underwhelmed when I got it thinking it was too subtle but now I love the looks.0

Absolutely great bike. Cav would need a stepladder to get on it!0
