Boardman bikes at Biketreks

I thought Halfords had sole UK rights to sell Boardman bikes before they bought the brand. Are they now free to sell elsewhere now Halfords own then? Saw them on sale at Biketreks in Ambleside. Anyone seen them selling elsewhere?

The one I saw was the road hybrid with rigid forks. Also a road bike or two.

    The higher end stuff has always been sold at non halfords stores.
