Probably asked before but looking for a good front light that will light the road up as well as make me visible. Budget £50 ish (but would rather pay less)
Assos or castelli for a very comfortable hopefully long lasting pad ? Are assos the same size as castelli ie on the small side £100 ish budget

Assos are a size lower than castelli for me e.g. XL in Assos, XXL in Castelli.0

If it's a good pad you're after, you'd do worse than to take a look at Cervo Rosso. My backside has been thankful many a time after 8+ hour rides in the Alps.
