Here are a few shots of my brand new AR3. I thought it was black until I saw it in the sunlight.

It's pretty much stock, Ultegra 6800 brakes & drivetrain with a 52/36 crank and 11-25 cassette. The crank's 172.5mm rather than the original 175. Still need to cut the steerer, when I'm happy with the fit. Will probably move to a shorter top cap too for more slammage. M540 pedals, Elite Stealth cages, a K-Edge chaincatcher and the new Garmin speed & cadence sensors.
Weighs about 8.5kg excluding the saddlebag.
I'm pretty damn happy with it to be honest, but there were a few issues: none of my saddlebags would fit round the seat post so I had to buy a new one. None of my rear lights fit for the same reason. Can't use my rear crudcatcher because the brake is in the wrong place (like I'm riding it in the winter anyway). It's not compatible with my workstand. And my helmet is the wrong colour
I can totally see it wearing some deep section carbon next year...
