9 speed cassette onto a wheel with a 10 speed cassette?

Hey folks. im wanting to put my lighter wheels( 10 speed cassette) onto my bike which currently have a 9 speed cassette. Both are 11-32. is it just a case of changing over the cassette? :?

Your 10sp cassette (105, Ultegra or DA - not Tiagra or SRAM) will have a spacer behind it, which you won't need with a 9sp cassette
