Ribble order steps

Hi not sure if anyone will know the answer to this but what is the order steps for ribble which show on order tracking. My bike order went from order received to order progressing (in warehouse awaiting picking) yesterday

    No. Didn't want to appear impatient as ony ordered it on the 7th so didn't want appear impatient. Even though I am.

    Very slow steps but had you read their site you'd know that :)

    I looked and couldn't find the order stages. Have I missed it. They quoted 12-15 days which I presumed were working days so wouldn't be till next week anyway
