Clothing for kids

Hi. Just got my 10 year old a little road bike. He's 5ft and an inch or so. Where is a good place to get him some cycle specific clothes? I don't want to spend too much because he's growing so fast and I don't think we'll be riding too far.
Also don't want to buy online in case the stuff doesn't fit. Halfords? Sports Direct shops? My local LBSs are a bit pricey.

Been there before, but J28 is quite a trek from home.

If he's 5ft, he will probably fit into small adult kit - no need for kids-specific stuff. My 10yo is just under that height, and fits into regular adult (sml) gear...

xs tights fitted him. Kids jersey and jacket. 40 odd quid in Decathlan
  • If he'll fit adult sizes, the dhb stuff from Wiggle is not that expensive and surprisingly good quality. Free postage and returns are really easy if you have a Collect+ near you. Plus you get some Haribos.
