Friday, fist fights and flabby chips

Its friday, had a couple of beers last night and watched a fight outside the local Wetherspoons. Went home via the fish and chip shop and it was flaming awful.

Today we are playing bingo during the day, dropping random words into conversation with candidates and clients.
Life isnt like a box of chocolates, its like a bag of pic n mix.

    Steady paced weekend warm up ride this morning which included a flat at the half way point.

    Got loads of stuff to organise this afternoon, new tubes, make a curry, get some beers in, pick up a BBQ then we're off on a 100 miler to Lytham Saint Annes on Saturday.

    Good ride home, fuelled by booze. Just downed a big portion of salmon and chips and looking forward to a lazy evening in for a change - been out on the pop the last two nights and I'm knackered. a good weekend lies ahead as bikes and footy are involved 8)
