Mavic warranty

Hi All,
I just wanted to know if anyone knows how I can and if should contact Mavic for a warranty claim.
I was just out for a quick 30 after work and about 18 miles in I heard a fairly quiet popping noise and pulled over to check everything was ok and noticed the rear hub had cracked, now I would like to say this was due to the awesome amount of power I generate but sadly that would not be true.
The wheel is a Mavic Kysrium elite and is about 18 months old. Is this normal wear and tear and if not how long is the warranty on Mavic wheels?

Your wheels should be covered for 2 years.. but as above, you need to contact the retailer.left the forum March 20230

I am guessing this is not a common failure and I have just been unlucky..0 -

Depends... if you are not the guy from Kingston Wheelers who contacted me earlier today, then it is not that uncommon...left the forum March 20230
