Help With Brakes Please

I have loosened 2 screws on the front brake calliper and since then the front brake no longer works, could someone help me please.

Not a lot to go on with what you are saying, do you have rim brakes or do you have disc brakes.0

That'd be brake fluid, it'll need refilling and bleeding.0
