Seamless Bib shorts

When i am in the saddle for long periods of time wearing anything other than my Assos T-Pro with the s2 pad i get some pretty nasty chaffing just under my bum cheeks. I have worked out it is caused by the seams on the edge of the pad and although i have got a few different brands of shorts they all have a raised seam on the edge of the pad
Other than buying another pair of Assos is there anything else out there to look at as my OH would have a fit if i spend a fortune on more Assos stuff

Perhaps liberal application of Chamois cream to the seam of the pad of the offending bibs would help?0

Iv tried this and whilst it helps with shorter rides anything over 3/4 hours it seems to still cause an issue0 -
This is a silly question, you have some good bib shorts that work for you, go and get some more then! You can use the code EDU10 for an extra 10% on the Assos Factory Outlet website.x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x
