Another (justifiable) Wiggle complaint thread

Whilst cutting the grass today my Postie chucked me my Wiggle box. He's a nice guy, very chatty, but why do all posties like to throw parcels around, don't they realise people might send breakable stuff...? :roll:

Anyway, being the fact i'm no longer a child, I did the adult thing of finishing the grass before opening my parcel. I mean, it's not like Christmas, there's no surprises - I only placed the order a couple days ago.

Finished the grass and sat down to open my parcel. As expected it contained my chain keeper thing for when you remove the back wheel - handy gadget i'd imagine and my new cheap Shimano pedals. I wanted sexy Ultegra carbon ones but they were out of stock so I bought cheap ones meantime. But no matter how many times I checked the box there was no Haribo.

I say again - THERE WAS NO HARIBO...

I'm not sure the reason for this, perhaps i've upset them somehow, perhaps they've become xenophobic when it comes to sending parcels out of Englandshire, or perhaps they're just punishing me for buying cheap entry level pedals... Maybe even the best ever marketing ploy which ensures customer loyalty has finished...?

I'm very angry, I feel cheated and i'm determined to do something - just not sure what yet. :x

i've only had haribo in 1 of my last 5 orders. Very shoddy of wiggle

Simply imagine you are vegetarian. The majority of Haribo products are non veggie friendly, therefore, you won't be bothered

I'd send them an email, they will send you some out no doubt. Have seen them offer to do that on Twitter previously, either that or go to the supermarket and buy yer own

I must have spent nearly 300 quid in the last month or so at Wiggle and I aint got Haribo once. I actually forgot about it until now.

Thing that pisses me off more is I wrote a review for an item. In it I criticized them for letting me order something which was already supplied with another item ordered at the same time and although they sent an apologetic email about it they still refused the review based on their f@ck up being mentioned. Shame on you Wiggle for not allowing that but you don't control here so shove it up your stupid @rses!!

+1. My super mix were stale as all get out this w/e (base layers, lots of base layers). Ate them all up, mind, but left a bad taste in the mouth.

Wiggle are back in my good books, Got my Haribo yesterday with some mudguards.

That came in the world biggest box. :shock:

Caused a bit of a row with the wife asking the, What-have-you-bought-now question, and not believing a set of mudguards came in a bike sized box....
