Routes near Padstow Cornwall

Morning all,

Heading down to just outside Padstow next weekend for a week away with the family can anyone recommend any good routes, I know some of the roads down that was can get very busy with traffic.

Any loops between 25 - 50 miles.

Hills are good as I am currently getting ready for Etape Cymru.

Got the iphone one the stem for mapping.

No hills though - but a fantastic day out on a bike.

Family friendly - other than the vinyard maybe.

Otherwise, I have done some great routes coming inland a little to avoid the worst coast roads (traffic wise). There's hills in just about any direction you head from Padstow (other than north, but it's a bit wet that way). I've generally just followed my nose and it's worked out great. Lovely riding to be done.

don't have any specific routes, but it is good you like hills because riding in Cornwall is nigh on impossible if you want to find a flat route
