Hi Folks
Hope i can describe this enough for someone to get the idea of what I'm on about.
Noticed today whilst wheeling bike along that the usual tick.tick.tick noise of free wheeling your bike along when pushing it has developed a slight rhythm. Instead of a constant volume there is a distinct difference in the volume of the ticks that i would suggest is about 50/50% louder and quieter. The louder ticks all come in one chunk as well.
It gives me the idea that the usual status quo on the wheel is not quite right as all the ticks should be equal.
If you get the picture any ideas what could be causing this and does it need looking at? Ive never had it with my road bikes but they never get the punishment that the mtb does.
Cheers for any replies in advance.
