Bit of a different one as this is by no means a new bike.

The youngest daughter decided she wanted a FS bike for the Welsh biking holiday we have next week.

Didn't want to buy yet another full bike so picked up an old but in good condition Marin frame from the classifieds.

As a girl wanting a new toy, the colour was no good of course so a powder coat and sticker set later we have...

Shock was given a quick service and the bearings were seized so have been freed and regreased.

Rest of the build happening this afternoon so will post full kit list shortly.

Is that really a 94? Looks much newer (relatively speaking), early 2000s maybe. Looking good with the new paintjob too.

Doh. Of course you are right.
    It's 2004.

Thanks for the kind words, it does indeed look good now.

There is a small dent in the down tube which may effect the life expectancy, but for now I'm sure it will ride well once build.

    EDIT.
Now 90% of the way there
