ultegra - dura ace questions ?

Hello all. a couple of questions please if you have time to answer. Are dura ace & ultegra hollowtech bottom brackets the same size or do you have to go ultegra to ultegra & da to da?

Also daft question but I have the chance to buy a double crank set but not fit enough to ride tht set up at the moment so could I do anything with the rear cassette set up etc to assist me on hills to ride like a compact or not. Not many compact DA come up 2nd hand so just looking at my options or I just stick with ultegra. Thanks

Same thing for the BB and stick with what you've got... chainset upgrades are just a vanity upgrade and a waste of money
