As per the title.
I want to put DA chainset on my Foil.
Prefer the look of 7900 but not sure if the 9000 will shift better

Shifting performance is exceptional on both due to the stiffness of the cold forged rings. 9000 will be a bit smoother with 11 speed as it's optomised for the narrower chain.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

Mech won't make a difference either way. £100 better? No.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

thanks Grill, I'll order a 7900.
Much better looking than the 6800 in my opinion

One advantage of 9000 is teh BCD is fixed for standard / pro compact / compact.
If you are going to use the same bike for different types of events you'd save money in the long term by only changing rings rather than two sets of cranksets.0 -
This is true, but I'm not sure I will need anything other than a compact
