Can I give a quick plug to the Kent Air Ambulance ride on Sunday 24 August, based at Boughton Aluph near Ashford.
There's a choice of 100km or family-friendly 30km routes and it's a pleasant way to raise some money to help keep running a great service that's saved countless lives across Kent, Surrey and Sussex over the years.
