Not much info, can anyone help?

There isn't much info about this bike, but can anyone tell me much about it, it says it's a Diamondback Outlook. Is is a decent bike?

    Unless you are 3' tall I wouldn't bother. It's tiny.

    I did think it looked small but it says frame size L on the (Very small) description? Strange.

    L for little.....

    Looks like a 13 or 14" frame based on the fact that the wheel with tyre is about 13" radius and the BB is just below the rear axle height.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
