Fork for 2010 Boardman Carbon + Shimano BB30 adapter?

I have received a boardman carbon frame but comes with no fork or BB.
I have bought the 105 11sp groupset to put on it, but need to sort a way of getting the chainset in there which supports BB30. I hear there are adapters, what is the best one?
Also I need to get a fork. Can you recommend one around the £50 mark which is still and light? I have no idea what effect rake has on handling, so I presume that needs to be taken into consideration. Failing that - do you reckon I can get a replacement from Halfords? Probably not is my guess.
