When postioning cycling shoe/cleats what's the average distance between the inside of shoe and the rear part of the frame?.

Cleat positioning is more about avoiding wear and tear on your knees/ankles etc than keeping a set distance from the frame. If the comfortable position means you are knocking the frame then you must be hen toed, bow legged or similar.0 -
