Morning Losers!

Sad news about Robin Williams. Apparent death from asphyxia - hope he wasn't giving himself the reach around or something (à la Michael Hutchence!)

I went and played football again last night. Played a lot better than last week, but still a long way to go. I might need to buy a ball, just to kick it around and give me a feel for it again, rather than the game being the only time I've kicked one in 15 years!

Tonight, well, I'll barely be able to move tonight so probably sod all!

Laters!

    Robin Williams :(

Ended up going home from work yesterday as I needed to work erm, closer to the toilet :( Haven't eaten since breakfast yesterday and I'm a man that likes food. Both kids have got it too, yet they seem incapable of getting to the toilet in time. Our lovely new light coloured carpets throughout the house are an innocent victim.

So today is working from home again as an hour trip into work seems a bit ambitious and obviously no trip to the pub

    Morning Tards,

Just woke up and wondering what to do. It's hotting up nicely down here and the pool looks quite appealing. I sympathise with Mr h ss I might need to park last nights dinner before I do much else :P

The joiner at our work had to do one of these courses with the H&S guy. He was told to always keep one hand on the ladder at all times. The joiner had to explain (for a LONG time) that it was impossible for him to do, as he had to hammer or drill whilst up a ladder! He did offer to try and headbut nails into the wall, but the H&S guy said "That's a stupid idea!"

Have you seen the video an undercover reporter di of a working on ladders course? The instructor put up a step ladder and climbed it until his head went through the suspended ceiling. Plank.
Last day of work until September. :-) Can't wait, but need to sort everything out here first. Be a lot easier if customers would stop bothering me.
But lots of beer, wine, pizza, beer, coffee, ice cream, beer, more good food and more beer will follow.
Until then I will make do with tea and Garibaldis, oh and a quick visit to the cafe.

    Mongs,

I've had bacon and eggs on toast with extra bacon. And no-one has shat themselves in my vicinity!

    Unlucky H!
