Wheels rotating in an odd manner

When I look at my wheel side on, once every rotation it seems to move upwards towards the brake callipers. Any idea what's wrong? I tried it with a different skewer in the axle but no change.

Wheel just needs truing??

Check tyre before thinking about wheel? Or remove tyre and put wheel in truing jig to check for radial true/

As above - is it the rim that's moving, or the tyre..... If the latter deflate, push bead into rim well, then reinflate to around 1 bar, then check around the bead to make sure it's evenly seated. Some of my tyres will only pop (literally) into the rim hook at > 4bar though. So maybe overinflate (7-8 bar) and reduce to running pressure when sure properly seated.

Thanks guys - checked it again tonight. It was the inner tube lodged under about 2" of the bead. All sorted now!
