Weather Automatic Win?

OK, have been commuting a few weeks now, and I know when I pass a small car park on my way in to work, there are three or four other cyclists who drive to there and then ride into the city. I'm getting faster, but they still often pass me on the way in or back home again (and then I see them loading the bikes).
This morning however it was the tail end of Bertha up here, with high winds and driving rain. I set off in the weather (my worst weather yet), and passed the car park - both in and out. No Cars, either time!. I must assume therefore that my fellow cyclists didn't cycle today.
As I have dutifully obeyed rule #9, does that make today an automatic win for me!?

Assuming your weather was as bad as mine in Moray.... :shock:0 -
No, 50 mph wind plus horizontal rain/snow/hail makes for a rule #9
Today was a gentle breeze and a passing shower!I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.0 -
