Cartridge brake pad holders on mini-vees?

So I'm committed to mini vees on Mrs M's CX bike and ideally would like to put some posh pads on them. Is it possible to use Shimano-compatible (?) cartridge holders so I can put, for example, KoolStop salmons in there? Not something I've ever given much thought to, to be honest so just looking for some guidance before I go buying stuff... Cheers!

    Regular vee-brake pad holders work fine on Tektros. Try Uberbike Components or Bikefridge sellers on ebay for cheap holders.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    What, so vee brake pads are the same size/format as mini vees? I don't have any vee brakes to compare them with that's all...

    Depends on what comes fitted/you fit - I have holders for 72mm MTB pads or other for road pads (carbon rims)
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Just measured them, the pads supplied appear to be 62mm long...
