Cube attention sl 29" vs giant talon 29"

Bit of advice please guys, picked up a 2nd hand bike last year on the cheap just to see if I gotnto it, well and truly got the bug so decided this year I'd get something new after I found out my employer does c2w so now torn between 2 bikes between 2 local bike shops

First one is cube attention sl 29" but it's the 2015 model that's due out any time and apparently better spec than the 2014.

Are they petty much the same?? What's cube like can't say if ever heard of them but I live near a dedicated store in Durham and the guys were great in the shop, but really likes the giant too and can't decide
