Hi. Hope someone can help as I'm majorly confused?!
Decided to upgrade the brakes on my single speed crosser / winter trainer. Thought I'd go with TRP CX9s, not least as PX are doing a good deal at the moment. My bike is fitted with Tektro drop levers which seem optimised for "linear pull brakes" as below:
http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/BLTEKRL520 ... ake-levers
The CX9's are sold as being compatible with Shimano levers:
http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/BLTRPCX9/t ... ver-brakes
The CX8.4's say compatible with SRAM and Campag levers:
http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/BRTRPCX84/ ... ull-brakes
Anyone know which would be best with my existing Tektro levers   ?
cheers

Think my RL520 levers are sold as "long pull" so presume the CX9 are best. Gonna give them a go, might try the Midge bars too while I'm on the PX websiteTitus Silk Road Ti rigid 29er - Scott Solace 10 disc - Kinesis Crosslight Pro6 disc - Scott CR1 SL - Pinnacle Arkose X 650b - Pinnacle Arkose singlespeed - Specialized Singlecross...& an Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 4 string...0
