Looking at a reverb, with the 420mm how much of the post has to be in the frame?
My seat post is 350mm out of the frame and just wondering is min insertion more than 70mm.

80mm I believe. It's on the SRAM website.
Also check your frames minimum instert and go whichever is greater.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
