Front suspension questions

Hi Guys, I have a great bike that i love but i feel that the weakest part there is my front suspension.
The bike are 2014 Merida Big7 CF-3000 that came with FOX Evolution with remote (32/100mm).
The Evolution is the lowest series they got.
I want to upgrade in order to get 2 things in that order - better weight and improve performance.
So if i go FOX - can anyone tell what will be the weight difference between what i have now and there top model with remote ?
If i go RockShox - since its 27.5 bikes there is no SID XX world Cup only SID XX,
1) I have no idea what are the differences between the models, sure would like to know ?
2) What will be the difference between my FOX and a SID XX.
