If for C'dale then Mavic would look the best.0

I've owned earlier versions of both wheel sets and with the older versions I liked the Mavics for their smoother ride, but between those two I'd get the DA. They are wider now to give better aerodynamics and a rounder tyre shape plus the new hubs are easier to look after for not needing cone scanners to adjust.
The mavics are pulled around more in the wind being V shaped with the broad spokes, and have a very narrow rim width by modern standards which is surely due for an update very soon. They have the exalith surface which for me is a negative as they will at some point get scratched through to the silver or wear through looking patchy. The improved braking doesn't offset the negatives IMO and the weight difference is too small to be relevant.
If you don't intend to do alpine style descending on them why not go carbon - reynolds assault slg at the DA price point or some 2014 Zipp 404's at less than cosmic SLR prices. If you don't want Carbon clinchers then the DA are as good as anything really though.0 -
The DA hubs are incredible, but like most factory wheels it's a shame that they'll be useless once you wear through the rim. Have you thought about lacing DA hubs to a generic deep section?English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

Straight pull spokes are becoming more available and deep section rims too, so it's not a complete dead end... however the OP would still find very few people keen to embark on an expensive rebuild that might not guarantee a good set of wheels...left the forum March 20230 -
I thought it was near impossible to get rims in a 21 drilling, or is it easier to specify these days?English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

Ive had both but the c50 are the best wheels ive ever had and ive been through a few wheels in the last four years. Always my go to wheels and never had a single problem. Bombproof. I put 15k miles on a set in mallorca and never even had to get them adjusted.0
