bb30 or osbb ?
I will start by apologising for my ignorance. I have already had a good look round the forum trying to find the answer to my question but failed 
Basically I`m looking at changing the bottom bracket on my Specialized Tarmac 2013, I am looking at a praxis works conversion bottom bracket. Now they do 2 different ones, one for BB30 and one for OSBB (specialized). From what I have read OSBB is just Specialized`s version of BB30? If that is so then my bike should need the OSBB version ?

but I guess you could always email Praxis and ask? It's around 8:00am there now :-) or call the UK importers
