Dodgy Moulton on ebay?

This Moulton is rather suspicious as the frame is a TSR and would have been @£750-£1400 when new under 10 years ago and the seller has eventually confessed in a message on ebay to me about it that he found it 'dumped' at the side of the road?
If that was not stolen (although I think selling bikes you 'find' is as good as) I'd be amazed! If it can be reunited with it's original owner at least this scum won't benefit and if you choose to buy it good luck with your conscience.....
I know what a moulton is,there just not my thing,I'm into vintage racers and track bikes,good luck if you bid,for your info it was dumped on the side of the road with a sink an old bed and various other scrap and has obviously been unloved for years,maybe you could bring it back to life
