Specialized Venge Comp vs Cervelo S5 Ultegra

Hi,

Right now riding a 2013 Specialized Venge Comp (Shimano 105) but have the opportunity to change for a 2013 Cervelo S5 Ultegra.

You guys think is worth to change?

    No experience of the Venge but I have recently switched to a S5 Ultegra and its a fantastic bike. Absolutely love it
