Got a NOS Carrera Zelos XC frame from fleabay as my first 'build' (and 'second' bike) carrera vulcan hardtail, wasnt doing my back any favours around my local woods.
A carrera is not much to brag about, and the spec list is reasonably basic but here goes!
Pics:
Frame: Carrera Zelos XC - circa 09-10?
Forks: SR suntour Raidon x1 120mm
Bars: crank bros iodine
Stem: superstar 65mm stem
Headset: FSA semi-integrated
Grips: clarks
Bar Ends: clarks
Front Brake Lever assy: clarks skeletal
Front Caliper: clarks skeletal
Front disc: tektro 160mm
Rear Brake Lever assy: clarks skeletal
Rear Caliper: clarks skeletal
Rear Disc: tektro 160mm
Shifters: SRAM X7 2x9
Front Mech: SRAM X7 2x10 low mount/top pull
Rear Mech: SRAM X7 9-speed Med cage
Chain Device: n/a
Seat: ebay special
Seat Post: zoom (30.0mm)
Seat Post Clamp: ebay special
Cranks: shimano FC-M430
Chainring(s): Shimano deore 26/36t
Chain: SRAM 10 speed
Cassette: SRAM PG950 9-speed
Pedals: wellgo
Bottom Bracket: Shimano FC-M430
Front Wheel: GIANT hub on mavic rim
Tire: rapid rob 26x2.1
Back Wheel: crappy carrera vulcan original
had some issues with front mech compatability hench the 9/10 speed mash up but all running perfectly now. only made this bike on the 'cheap' (never turns out cheap in the end though) to use round local woods, the forks are pretty unforgiving, and if i ever sell a kidney will be next upgrade.

Looks like a good budget build, would have been interested in knowing how much the frame weighed but a bit late now!
Feel free to stick it on the Carrera hardtail thread, I'm sure no-one will object. Link in my sig.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
