    I think the answer you are going to get is that an app wont increase your speed. Getting out and doing more rides etc is what you need to do.

    Have seen this same question and identical answer appearing on a few cycling forums in recent days so mods might want to check the IP addresses of 'sarahseagate' and 'marcustwice'

    I downloaded the app and it was rubbish. In fact, over the month or so I used it, my average speed dropped by around 50%, and I got bad knees. Coincidence? I don't think so, and neither does my physiotherapist. The company behind it were rude and refused a refund.
