Straightening a bent saddle

Just bought a saddle, and it leans one way (I am assuming one of the rails is bent or badly positioned in manufacture).

They've given me a refund, no questions, so now I have one good saddle plus one bent saddle.

With fairly limited tools (vice, crowbar, etc), is it possible to straighten up the bent saddle so that the rails are properly parallel to the ground. It might do as a good spare if I can get it right.

Ideas welcomed.

I bent my Toupe (falling off) - it was probably a bit worse than yours but, even with a vice and some major tools, I struggled to get it very square again. Without the rails coming off completely, I wouldn't be able to.

Thanks mean, I'll see if I can strip it down. It was only a cheap saddle to start with, but v.comfortable, so I will persevere to see if I can get a good spare out of the deal.
