Auto shifting problem
Hi, I've got an annoying problem with my Campag Chorus 11 spd (2009) gears. When putting pressure on (e.g when climbing) the chain changes to a bigger gear (smaller sprocket) by itself. It seems fine on the workstand, but once on the road and climbing a hill it can change up 3 times in a few hundred metres without me touching the lever.
I have tried; adjusting cable tension, installing new inner and outer cables, cleaning and greasing cable guide under bb. The rear mech hanger seems to be straight. The groupset is 5 years old (and has worked fine until now) but the lever still clicks ok.
Anyone got any ideas what the cause could be? Thanks.

Spring in the rear mech located properly? Or losing its tension.0

Took it into LBS and they confirmed it was the lever. I sent it off to be serviced and have received an invoice today. Wish I'd just bought a new pair now! :shock:0
