Shimano e thru adjustment?

I've just got my new bike through and it has a Shimano e thru 12mm rear axle. Trouble is, when tightened the lever is in a stupid place and I can't seem to move the fixing bolt on the drive side.

Anyone know how to move the fixing bolt or if it's specific to the frame?
