Ok, a quick one as this cash is literally burning a hole in my pocket and I've got an itchy trigger finger here. Looking for some wheels that won't put me out on the street after I've bought them. I'm pants going downhill especially so if something could make a difference there then great. I'm 72kg ish depending on how many cooked breakfasts I've had so max weight not so much an issue.

Shall I buy .... Campagnolo Zonda's ? Good price. Look ok. Or .... One of the Swiss Side Wheelsets ? Now these are really catching my eye but I'm damned if I can chose which ? The Gotthard's look like they're the more robust option but I just love the look of those Francs, and the Heidi look great for the price ! Will I really notice that much of a difference ?

Someone step in please !!

  • Wider rims will give you more stability descending and cornering
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles
  • Proper job. Cheers for the help. Best have a butchers at the rim widths in question then. I can't say I'd have thought of that : )
