I am trying to find out the standover height of a Colnago 52s frame.
Can anyone help please ?

    If you know the frame measurements and angles, you can calculate it

    Assuming the s is for sloping surely the standover height will be plenty if the bike is anywhere near the right size.

    I would imagine it would vary a little depending on which model frame it is, but my 52s CLX is about 760mm at the seat tube up to about 820mm at the headtube.

    It is 775-785mm as it slopes in the middle 15 to 20ish cm section of the toptube where the stand over happens (I just measured for you).
