So after having the trusty Cube hard tail for ages (viewtopic.php?t=12834542) i finally bit the bullet and got myself a full suspension steed.
after reading loads of reviews and drooling over pictures on the net, I thought fook it and applied for the cycle to work scheme and got the Boardman Team FS 650B. Straight out the box this bike has impressed me, its very, very good.
The only thing that has disappointed me is the finishing kit, its naff. Also the crank has done my head in being a 3 bolt as I'm struggling to find a 32t ring for it. (suggestions welcome )
I've started upgrading where I feel has needed it (finishing kit). Most of the parts have come off the Cube I'm
breaking up so that's been nice and easy.
Here's a few crappy phone pics.
I seen on a previous thread about this bike, someone was asking about the Sektor stanchion colour. As you can see in this photo, the stanchions look gold. They're actually really weird, dependant on what angle you look at them they change colour from silver to gold. They're proper smart.

Very nice. These are great value.
Why not swap the cranks for the ones on your Cube?Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

You can get Deore cranks for around £60 if you really need it to be black. The anodising on my black FSA cranks lasted about a month before they ended up silver anyway.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Yeah, I've just noticed the FSA crank on it has started scratching already, I've only rode it about 3 times. :shock:my Cube LTD pro

Don't diss the wallpaper, it's classic. My granny's house was covered in the stuff! All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

Saint Pedals
Single ring off my old cube. Will be adding a narrow wide as this Renthal isn't doing the job without a device.
