M980 crankset triple to double?

Hi just wondering what bolts, spacers or parts I would need please to ditch my large chain ring? Not looking to replace it just get rid of it, I never ever use it.

    Remove chainring and either use shorter single ring bolts or an alloy bash with the same mounting thickness as a chainring (most metal ones are) and set limit screw on front mech.

    Or bin the granny as well and go 1x!
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
