Sidi Genius 5-Fit Carbon Road Shoe "Reinforcemet Plate"

Hi,

I have just bought Sidi Genius 5-Fit Carbon Mega Road Shoe( which I hope will finally fit me..),
and in the Technical Information booklet is "Reinforcemet Plate" fitting guide for Millenium 4 carbon sole, which I understand Genius 5 fit mega carbon have got, so do i need to get one?
