Hi all. I have just purchased a second hand gryphon.
On my first ride i noticed that the front shifter shows a 1, 2 and 3, but it only has 2 cogs on the front?
Is that right or has someone changed the shifter?

My Gryphon is the same - my 2013 model (bought new) does not have numbers however but you can tell it is a 3 position shifter.
It's completely normal and not uncommon at this end of the budget.You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0
