Sending/Shipping Bikes

Hi guys,
Ive got a downhill bike for sale and I currently live in France, would like to be able to sell to the UK etc.
Whats the cheapest way to send a bike in a bike box? UPS serve my area here in Morzine at around £200, is that the general going rate? Or does anyone know a cheaper way?

Try interparcel. It's a shipping broker. Bikes usually cost 60-100 for in euA Flock of Birds
+ some other bikes.0
