just started on the beeb, it's not the tdf.... but still good viewing

Last time (in 2006) Froomey rode it for Kenya!

    I caught the end when I got texts from my Fiance saying "wow New Zealand are going to win, this is very exciting".

    This is important for two reasons:

    1) I'm a kiwi

    2) She hates cycling, so the fact that she's watching it is brilliant.

    The second Kiwi seemed to get caught napping in third when the sprint came? Enthralling race, watched the whole of the womens and mens races. Did think of going but there was no free viewing area. Should be able to watch both the TT and RR though, with the RR almost coming up my street.
